Chief Accountant’s Department
The Chief Accountant’s Office is responsible for financial reporting and management. This involves tracking and understanding jujst about every number dealt with at the Bank and maintaining the integrity of the Bank’s financial records.
Sample positions: Accounting Administrator, Accounting Supervisor, Financial Accountant, AVP Regulatory Reporting.


The Compliance Department plays a vital role ensuring that Bank policies and procedures confirm to our Code of Conduct and legal and regulatory requirements. The team acts as an adviser to executive management and ensures continuing programme development as business and operations conform to changing market conditions.
Sample positions: Compliance Officer, AVP Compliance, VP Group Compliance.



Credit Risk Management
Credit Risk Management sets, applies and monitors credit policies to ensure the Bank balances risk and reward effectively, while providing credit services to customers. Functions include credit negotiation, approvals, references, collection/recovery and credit policy development.
Sample positions: Credit recoveries Administrator, AVP Senior Credit Analyst, VP Credit Recoveries.



Enterprise Risk Management
Enterprise Risk Management works with the management team to ensure that our directors and executives have a seamless view of major product risks, related control systems, and relationships between credit, market and operational risks.
Sample positions: Security Officer, AVP Compliance, Project Manager.



Executive Management
The President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank works with a team of senior executives along with the Bank’s Board of Directors to establish and manage the strategic direction of the Bank as a whoile, including the international offices. Each business area reports, directly or indirectly, to a member of the executive team.
Sample positions: Chief Executive Officer, EVP Operations and Information Technology, Chief Financial Officer, Chief information officer, Senior VP Retail banking, Group Legal Advisor.



Group Internal Audit
Group Internal Audit examines and evaluates the Bank’s activities as a service to the Board of Directors and executive management, and evaluates the Bank’s system of internal controls and the quality of our operating performance.
Sample positions: Auditor, IT Auditor, Senior IT Auditor, Vice President.



Human Resources
Interacting with every department and employee at the Bank, the Human resources Department is responsible for recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and career development.
Sample positions: Recruiting Officer, Benefits Officer, Training Specialist, Employee Relations Officer, AVP Compensation & Benefits, VP HR Operations, VP Organisational Development.



Marketing & Communications
This team ensures that corporate information is communicated effectively to customers, shareholders, employees and the community. They handle internal and external communication activities such as sponsorships, promotions, advertising, newsletters, events, media relations and community development.
Sample positions: Communications Specialist, AVP Marketing & Communications, AVP Organisational Communications, VP Marketing & Communications.



Physical Security
Physical Security is responsible for the safety and security of the Bank’s facilities, assets and personnel. Security officers have a presence at each branch, and man age the monitoring and access systems on the Bank’ premises, including the video camera and security card access to restricted areas.
Sample positions: Security Guard, Security Systems Technician, AVP Security.



Records Management
Records Management has control over the life cycle of archived information. The receive, organize and store documents securely, process microfilm records, research inquires, collect and deliver records and eventually destroy record according to a retention schedule.
Sample positions: Records Management Supervisor, Records Management Clerk.



The primary role of the Treasury Department is to manage the Bank’s cash flow, fund the loans, maintain the liquidity requirements and control the Bank’s interest rate and foreign exchange risk.
Sample positions: Chief Money Market Dealer, AVP Financial Controller.
