Butterfield Card Alerts

Monitor your credit card activity from your mobile device.

 

With the Butterfield Card Alerts app, you can:

  • view all card transactions made on your registered credit card.
  • receive alerts on transactions via a push notification directly to your mobile device.
  • setup your alert preferences via merchant type or transaction type.
  • set transaction spend limits per transaction or per month.
  • accept/deny international transactions made in-store.
  • monitor supplementary (shared) cardholders transactions.
  • activate/deactivate your card in the event that it is lost or stolen.


To start using the Bu​tterfield Card Alerts App, please follow the steps below:


1. Download the Butterfield Card Alerts App from the App Store or Google Play
2. Register as a New User by inputting your Butterfield Credit card details
3. Setup your alert and control preferences
4. Start monitoring your credit card transactions
5. For further assistance, please contact the Butterfield Call Centre.
