All Butterfield debit cardholders should receive their new Debit Mastercard via mail by 29 September 2018. Your old Debit Mastercard will be shut off on 29 October 2018, so please activate your new card as soon as possible.

Shopping made easy
To make a purchase with your new debit card , simply insert your card at the Point of Sale Terminal and follow the prompts. When prompted enter your PIN number for the transaction to be processed. You will then receive a receipt from the merchant. No signature is required.

If your Card is lost or stolen, call one of our Emergency Numbers for assistance. We will cancel your card, arrange for an Emergency Card Replacement and, if necessary, Emergency Cash.
