If you own a listed property in Bermuda, you are eligible for an interest-free Historic Home Loan from Butterfield to carry out major repairs, renovations, maintenance, restoration or Planning-approved alterations.

Butterfield has partnered with the Government of Bermuda to preserve the Island’s unique architectural and historical heritage.

Government has agreed to pay the interest on your loan to fix up your special ‘Piece of the Rock,’ while you, the property owner, are only responsible for repaying the principal amount!
