An Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a method of spreading stock ownership among employees. As more companies conclude that linking executives’ compensation to employers’ performance is the best way to attract, motivate, and retain talented employees, stock and stock-based compensation programmes become essential. The Trustee receives contributions from the employer, investments in company stock in accordance with the employers’ instructions and the Plan rules.

Trustee services include:

• Safekeeping of all assets in custody
  
• Assistance with Trust structure, Plan design, implementation and documentation.
  
• Account valuations and statements to plan members.
  
• Ongoing communication and annual meetings with Plan sponsors
  
• Benefit payments
